Baxter:
Baxter has been a lifesaver and a best friend. He is so much fun to be with and introduce to people. He was raised in my office (school principal) and loves children. He cannot wait to ride in the car or go to the store. I also adopted his identical buddy, Buster, from the APA. I read that people do not adopt black dogs as quickly as others so I decided I needed two! Baxter and Buster both rule! Baxter will steal your heart as he did mine. His soft, black fur and big brown eyes are truly an indication of his gentle loving disposition. |

Bazil:
Bazil deserves to wear the crown due to his resilience after being abused and rescued. Due to his gentle nature, his family refers to him as a “peach” and “love bug” or “fluff muffin.” Bazil’s interests include cheese, squirrels, Frank Sinatra, parks and convertible cars. |

Spicoli:
Spicoli is the center of attention wherever we go. He may act like more of a court jester but he loves to be treated like royalty. He is very loving towards everyone but tends to be a little bit of a jealous man over his mommy. No one else is supposed to cuddle with me or give me kisses. Of course his way of getting them to back off is to attack them with kisses. He loves to go to pet events. He's gets so much attention I feel like making a sign answering the questions I get asked all the time, "He is a shi tzu/chihuahua mix, yes he is full grown, and of course you can pet him, he loves people." Spicoli was born to be center of attention. He just can't wait to be King!

Sandy:
Our HERO "Sandy" climbs trees! That's right she climbs trees! Most people say they'll believe it when they see it. Believers they are now! One evening I was asleep at my Grandma's house, when Sandy kept sprinting in and out of the room each time pouncing on me. So when I woke up she lead me into the kitchen where I found my Grandma had fallen into a window and shattered it all over her. Luckily Sandy let me know so I could help my Grandma in time! Therefore Sandy is not only My QUEEN but also my whole family's HERO! |

Bella:
Bella was an APA puppy nine years ago! A Chow-Sharpei mix, she loves showing off her purple tongue. Bella’s favorites: long walks, parks, scratches near her tail, being read books by kids, people, collecting blankets for animal shelters. Sadly, Bella’s master, Mark, passed away--she has become our loving support dog! |

Snoopy:
Snoopy is a 10 year old rescued mutt. I am a foster home for a local dog rescue and we get the "special needs" and "behavioral issue" dogs. Snoopy helps these foster dogs become normal happy dogs. She helps them forget their horrible past and learn to play and be a dog again. Most of these dogs wouldn't have a chance at being adopted if Snoopy didn't take them under her wing and help them become healthy happy dogs. Snoopy loves children. Her favorite place is the park and she will run and play on the slide and all the playground equipment with children. When I was a nanny, she would protect the children by standing in front of the steps so they couldn't go up them or blocking them from the street. Snoopy is very special to me and I hope you vote for her! |
