About the Clinic

Keep Your Cats and Dogs Healthy – We Can Help!

Medical care is an important part of responsible pet ownership and serves the mission of the APA of MO. Our veterinary clinic emphasizes wellness care and oversees the APA of MO limited health guarantee on pets that are adopted from us. Our veterinarians also supervise the daily care and well being of the animals in the shelter while they are waiting to be adopted.

The clinic is limited to routine outpatient care for cats and dogs only, including vaccinations, heartworm medication, flea treatment and minor illnesses. We do provide required rabies vaccinations and tags for residents of both St. Louis City and St. Louis County. We do not provide services such as X-rays, lab work and emergency care. Because we do not have to support these services and equipment, we are able to keep our prices competitive.

No appointment is necessary; all clients are seen on a “first come, first served” basis. You may call us if you have questions on our services or to check on prices for routine care and medications. We look forward to serving you.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m

*The clinic is closed each day from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch.
